Refresh your service

Many issues, such as missing channels, can be fixed by “refreshing” or “reauthorizing” your receiver. Please visit the My Equipment page and then select the “Refresh Receiver” link next to the receiver you’re having trouble with.

Please note: Your service might be interrupted for a few minutes. If your receiver is not fully functional within 5 minutes after your refresh request has been submitted, please call us at 1-800-531-5000.

  1. I have been on the phone for numerous hours today to try an get my service restarted. Cause it was turned off back few months ago.i have had nothing but complete problems trying to do this. I called once paid a remaining bill of $189.00 after they took the payment they said oops I’m sorry we need to do a credit check on you. I gave my info took a minute or so for the opperater to return saying that I had to pay another $118 to get restarted an its been pure cheap trying just to get that payed

  2. Why has channels number 230; 232; and 233 been turned off. They are in my package. I have done all that it said do and still don’t have these channels. Ian getting close to changing companies.
