Takemichi heads to his first Toman meeting wearing his jacket and is surprised to see the vice commander of Valhalla, Hanma, and Chifuyu standing next to Mikey; not only that, but he finds out that it was Kisaki Tetta who arranged all of this.
The conflict between Toman and Valhalla dubbed the Bloody Halloween ends in Toman's victory; Baji is killed and Kazutora is arrested; Takemichi is regretful about the fact that he wasn't able to do much.
After a fierce battle, Baji manages to get to Kisaki, but coughs up blood and falls to the ground.
